job interview

today morning took a interview of a fresher from chandannagore. he is prepared to work as a trainee . So that way , no expense as well getting a extra helping hand at no cost . Advantages is there , but more i talked to him , more i found out that i was doing the taking and i had to explain more stuff , including php , asp , projects ,design .
He realy has zero project experience ( no doubt he is joining as a trainee) , also doesn’t read much books either . told him that he would have to increase that . asked him to contact after 10th next month .
