multi level marketing project

The latest project we took in is a back office application for a Multi Level Marketing company. The requirement is quite interesting, the MLM company has around 9000 existing members who have already registered once. Obviously they would regularly like to check in for the commisions and this requires a online system that would not record their referals and commision structure , but also allow them to view . For this the company already had some work done previously , but the data could not be easily recorded by multiple operators. Although the company was making / getting several new members evrey day . So , our job was to give a Online (website based) application that would allow the company’s employees to record new members manually from different parts of the country at the same time and be able to generate reports of each members position in the ladder , their referals , amount due etc .
For this , i took in a new php - mysql / database guy . He till now seems quite efficient and has done a good job .
