24 hours a day is not enough

Realy , i feel that 24 hours is not enough for me. I am not sure what i need … i mean i know more staff , but i am not sure fully what type . Sometimes , i feel i need more designers , sometimes hosting support personel , and at times i feel maybe it is programmers or sometimes a office manager of sorts . What the heck , i feel at times that i need less work . But i guess that last one is not true ….. I probably need a better way to slice my time . I don’t know how only.
From the morning , have been getting client meets , fixing machines for staff !! , selling hosting at the same time giving support .
And top of it, i missed most of my favourite TV programmes due to sales chat and power cut . :p
