Why am i not working on discussTV !

In the past few days, i have worked the least for my TV serials website. And yet , in the past few days the site has been gaining some mileage…. weird :p I started noticing actually yesterday for the first time as i recieved a email saying : Arindra Datta , Complaint regarding illegal activities on your website ! I have my theories, but can not say for certain who the weirdo is and whats his problem with my site actually . Most certainly it is not what he claims . According to this guy named Mumuksh Das , since ny site has a gallery where members can post TV captures , it should be considered illegal and against human rights of the tv personalities . In his own words ” Posting pics which are not published anywhere is illegal ” , meaning , he is going to sue me for allowing members to post exclusive photos
In the first , i considered him a over enthusiastic guy and responded his email nicely , mentioning that what the members post is not primarily within my limits to look into all the time , moreover there are thousands of sites with TV captures , and my site is just among one of them . Till ths , it was fine … however soon this guy became a nuisance and replied to my email saying … how i am going to promote pornography and harbour horny teenagers. He even went on to advice me on shutting down the site . Now , this got me pissed …. and i gave him a piece of my mind.
From the conception, i had decided DiscussTV was going to be a website for all kinds of people , from kids to old housewifes , if possible .But certainly not for this kind of weirdos like Durmukh Das . He tried to threaten me by saying he was responsible for cleaning up adult pictures from webshots and he has a team of people whose work is cleaning up such sites. The guy doesn’t even know little about internet laws and was trying to act like a righteous bastard , the saviour of the TV channels and its personalities. At the same time , when asked about his identity he would not say , he emails from a yahoo address I showed him that the same rules which i maintain for DiscussTV are also meniotned in SETINDIA’s own website . And at the end , asked him to butt out from my site , if he finds any of it’s content offensive .
After this , he was at a loss of words and replied saying …. i will not reply to you any longer

Now, the best part is DiscussTV.com is hardly a site as of now …. there are much more to come there … but i just am not getting enought time to set it up . But whatever i have done till now , seems to be unnerving some other people … maybe it is because the site comes up in good positions when you search for terms like “kasauti zindagi ki ” , “kkusum” , “kutumb”, “kahin to hoga” etc as i recently noticed. I just wish i get some volunteers or friends to create some more regular participationin the forums. I already had some friends helping me with pics , and the other part i have already covered … just waiting to be layunched.
