web designer dilemna

Among one of the designers i have is a guy who is also interested in photography and film making ! He at the begining asked for a 2 day leave to go to a amateur workshop for the same , which i had agreed. Lately he has been doing that on for many occassions. I feel he might even be thinking of switching professions again. He came here only to switch from 2D Animations to Web Design . And now he seems to be liking FilmMaking ?!! I think these kids have no proper goal set or idea as to what they want to do in their life . Always grabbing for the next option , always switching jobs …. :p
So , keeping this guy in mind , i have already started training a reserve , another web designer , a fresher. Qualitatively , this new guy is not at all at par with the other one , but then i am sure i can train him to better .. like always . Lets hope so .
