star tv blocked by cable operators

damn cable walas …. first it was star one which was blocked and now all star tv channels are blocked by a group of cable tv operators in my area , which includes the cable tv operator i get my transmission from. At first when they had stopped showing star one , which has been for the past 2 months i believe i was heartbroken, since it meant i could not watch REMIX …. and now with the blanket ban on all star tv channels….. i am totally devastated . Even my other favourite channel Star World is also unavailable !! :mad

Many people would probably sympathetise with cable operators saying that what can they do …. since it is star netwrok which has increased rates on the channels or whatever shit they are facing . But quite simply , i think it is just a show of revolt or We Can attitude by the cable operators. If they are unhappy that not all subscribers would pay additional charges , they can at least ask who would not mind payin a little more and provide / allow the channels to those specific subscribers . Frankly , TV was my best form of relxation for many days and watching or not watching Fraiser or FRIENDS or North Shore a week makes my life even more monotonous and boring . I would have personally not mind paying Rs.20 or Rs40 extra for getting the star package while they have their shit sorted out . But no … thye wont allow that , what crap.
